Who We Are

Grafedi (sounds like graffiti) is an investment holding company that will be comprised of many different businesses. Each will be capable of standing on its own and may have different ownership structures. 

The mantra for the company is “Obliterating Status Quo”. This is meant to represent the fact that we will target industries that are considered technology laggards for which capital investments and/or business roll ups will allow us to get substantial scale and pricing power.

Investment Philosophy

Never retail (to the best of our ability) - heavily focused on B2B and particularly within North America markets.
Interested in markets that are untapped or serviced by weak providers incapable of meaningful investments particularly with respect to technology.
Receptive to markets requiring meaningful capital investments that will also have low ongoing operating costs.
All the businesses will originate from us and our network of business leaders. Each sub business will leverage traditional funding mechanisms available to entrepreneurs such as friends and family funding + angel investing. Expectations are that they would eventually grow into venture-capital/private equity funding.
Desire would be to sell/realize value of the asset after the first 3-5 years.
Initial investments will be focused on the corporate business services industry
