Jonathan has worked in the technology industry for the last 30+ years and particularly within the business outsourcing space for the last 20 years. He has spent considerable time working at Alight and its predecessors which included him running the Payroll/HR Services business as well as the overall Health & Wealth businesses. He is well-known and well regarded in the industry for going into problem businesses and helping to stabilize, strategize, refocus, and execute a new plan of growth. He has worked with such well-regarded clients as the Bank of America, CIBC, International Paper, Marriott, and others.

Michael is a well-regarded and well renowned technology developer that has worked in the technology industry for the last 35+ years. This has included working for larger firms as well as self created entrepreneurial companies. He started at AT&T and then proceeded to create multiple start up companies which he eventually sold off. All were based around custom development for specific industries such as pharmaceutical, property & casualty, and lodging. He most recently created an industry leading international payroll platform that was sold off to a much larger payroll firm that would further build and deploy it into the industry.
